Stephanie Moller, Professor and Director, Public Policy Doctoral Program and Professor of Sociology, Department of Sociology, UNC Charlotte. She is a previous member of the Editorial Board of the American Sociological Review and the current Editor of Social Science Research. Prof. Moller has published numerous articles, including articles in the American Sociological Review, American Journal of Sociology, Social Forces, Social Science Research, Sociology of Education, and World Politics. She has received funding from the National Science Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Education. She conducts research on income inequality within the United States and cross-nationally.  She also conducts research on mathematics achievement in primary and secondary schools, examining racial, ethnic and socio-economic gaps in achievement.

Brandon Randolph-Seng (PhD, Texas Tech University) is a full professor of management at Texas A&M University-Commerce. His current research primarily examines the ethical, diversity, and cognitive factors in leadership, entrepreneurship, and teams. Collectively, his work has been cited over thirteen hundred times. He teaches mainly organizational ethics/behavior-related courses both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. His recent consulting experience is mainly in the public sector, ranging from local municipalities to larger defense-related contractors. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief for the journal Management Decision.

Wendy Martin is Professor of American Literature and American Studies at Claremont Graduate University, and the founding and continuing editor of Women’s Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal, now celebrating more than 50 years of publication. She has taught at Queens College CUNY, Stanford University, UNC Chapel Hill, UC Davis and UCLA.
